  Lead Engineer, Reliance Jamnagar Expansion Project (J3 CPP) - Leading a Mechanical Team for “Reliance J3 CPP Retro-fitment Job “in Jamnagar refinery. In this position, I was responsible for identifying the detailed scope of work, prepared the micro-activity chart of the project, identify basics of the design process of this project forming design guidelines for other disciplines viz. mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and control, electrical and civil. He coordinated with project control team for effectively and efficiently project planning and scheduling.I assisted and associated with Bechtel USA team in Gas Turbine, HRSG and Auxiliary Boiler Technical Bid Evaluation and actively participated in the kick-off meeting with GE and Thermax. I formulated and issued first set of modification process flow diagram, piping and instrumentation drawing, material selection diagram and line designation table of all mechanical systems (existing flare system, demineralized water system, nitrogen system, instrument air system; high-pressure steam system, natural gas and refinery fuel gas supply system to gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator and auxiliary boiler)I led the team for Syngas Supply System, HAZOP review by the external agency.
