  In 1994-1998 I was working for Moscow Savings Bank in a joint project with ALLTEL (formerly SYSTEMATICS, USA) company. The main goal of the project was to customize ALLTEL banking software (running on IBM Mainframe) and install it in the data center.Also, I was responsible for administering UNIX servers (SCO Unix, Solaris), which were used for software development.

  As a Consulting Engineer I was responsible for technical support, design, and implementation of various networking solutions for biggest Russian customers, including Sberbank.Since Feb. 2009 I have been working in Cisco Technical Assistance Center (Cisco TAC), then in Cisco CX. As a Customer Support engineer, I was responsible for technical support of biggest Russian and foreign customers on several networking technologies in various technology areas.As a TAC engineer, I was a speaker on Cisco Connect 2015, Cisco Connect 2017 forums, and delivered series of Webex-based trainings for Cisco customers and series of non-technical partner workshops.
