  ROLES AND DUTIESSome of the duties and responsibilities of this role will be as follows:▪ Measure and analyze quality in the factory, including: o incoming quality on raw materials, o finished goods qualityo in-process quality▪ Manage the out-of-box audit (OBA) process, providing feedback to the production and engineering teams. ▪ Manage a team of quality inspectors and analysts with their daily tasks and workstation allocation. ▪ Generate and share daily and monthly quality reports including corrective actions. ▪ Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings between quality inspectors and production employees to review line quality. ▪ Work with engineering & NPD teams to ensure that process/product validations are carried out adequately and successfully. ▪ Participate in the development and revision of quality documents, such as spec sheets, SOPs, drawings, etc. ▪ Facilitate training, learning, and knowledge dissemination for quality inspectors and analysts. Contribute towards training strategy for the factory. ▪ Identify stations and production lines that need more training and/or more talent▪ Ensure that all quality requirements are met before ECN/TPD implementation. ▪ Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
