      Assisted Executive Director of Development/Department Manager as part of a 3.0 FTE Team in meeting United Hospital Foundation Annual Goals• Assisted in creation and execution of detailed annual campaign plans for direct mail campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, memorial and tribute program, award dinners, concerts, golf tournaments, employee fund-raisers, and other events. Plans included time-lines, budgets, participation materials and donor thank-you materials• Executed annual campaign plans to maximize revenues exceeding annual campaign goals by an average of 10% in 1991, 1992 & 1993• Led and monitored United Hospital Foundation's computer operations, donor record keeping, computerized financial information, computerized donor and prospect research• Performed as Interim Director of Development during Director's three-month absence• Assisted in the successful completion of a three-year, $26 million dollar capital campaign to expand five areas of the hospital - Day Surgery Center, Perinatal Center, Emergency Room, Cardiac Family Center, and an Oncology Center• Submitted the principle accounting information for the foundation's annual, capital, and deferred giving campaigns to the hospital's fiscal department• Managed and applied gifts to 89 foundation funds. Conducted stewardship activities with key constituents • Acted as Development Counsel to River Falls Area Hospital, supporting a 3 year, $7,500,000 Capital Campaign used to build a new 45 bed hospital in River Falls, Wisconsin.
