  This exciting role responsibilities and achievements have included:- Leading, reporting to the Board and improving the ActewAGL Bushfire Management Program - which has led to savings of over $1,000,000 and consistent delivery of the program prior to the Bushfire Season;- Continued certification to Environment (ISO 14001:2015); Quality (ISO 9001:2015) and Safety standards leading to improvements in performance and cost savings in warehouse operations (>$400,000)- Industry leading research into Climate Change Impacts and resilience opportunities.- Close relationships developed with the ACT EPA, Conservation Council, ACT Government and Parks and Conservation. Show less In this role I supported the Safety team as well as delivering and achieving in many areas including:- Developing and improving environmental maturity across the business. This linked with the implementation of environmental spatial hazard awareness enabled compliance and option analysis.- Changed the culture around Bushfire reporting and delivery prior to the bushfire season commencement. This was assisted by developing a Dashboard of progress which was the subject of regular Board and Executive briefings - as well as Regulatory reporting.- led a muscle strains and sprains reduction project which dropped LTIFR by 76% over two years and is still being used across the company - nearly 4 years later.
