      As a member of the Information Technology Service Desk on EKU's campus, I worked as part of a team providing assistance and solutions to the entire university's staff and faculty members. Responsibilities included:-Deploy technology rollouts and upgrades across campus in both staff offices and student laboratories.-Provide first-contact support to staff and faculty to ensure problems are solved quickly and efficiently. -Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and imaging using both Windows and Mac OS.-Interact directly with clients both in-person and via-telecommunications to determine problems and escalate issues if necessary.-Utilize the Footprints ticketing system to perform proper documentation of incidents as assigned.-Catalog, manage, and transport surplus equipment as needed. -Install patches and driver updates to equipment as needed including printers and scanners.-Modify privileges in Microsoft Active Directory on occasion.
