When I first started in Toledo/ Detroit I learned the expectations for the company, its management, as well as the sales and operations end of the company. I excelled within the company and took on transferring to the new Chicago market. During the expansion my responsibilities were inclusive but not limited to , opening store manager, and a regional management trainer. While in that market I trained store managers, assistant and parts managers while opening 9 new stores.
