Developed several dashboard and business intelligence tools to improve processes and support data-driven decision making. Working as a lead configuration and systems analyst, implemented and operationalized ActiveNet, the enterprise recreation software used in the City of Vancouver. Working within diverse and dynamic teams, managed public programs, community engagement, staff, volunteers and physical and financial assets at Killarney, Roundhouse, Kerrisdale Arena and Creekside recreation centres.
