  After the successful commissioning of a 340 KTA HDPE plant, I took on the role of Senior Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance, managing the operation and maintenance of critical high-voltage and low-voltage equipment. My responsibilities included maintaining 66 KV ABB GIS and control panels, 13.5 MVA converter transformers (TOSHIBA), 6.6 KV HT VFD systems (TMEIC), HT and LT motors, power and distribution transformers, SEL protection relays, L&T HT and LT switchgear, ABB LT VFDs, HVAC systems, and MOVs (AUMA & ROTORK). I worked closely with the Plant Lead to develop and improve departmental procedures, conduct awareness training, and ensure adherence to Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for optimised performance and regulatory compliance. I also contributed to the successful closure of findings from internal and external audits while keeping IMS documents and records up-to-date.In this role, safety was paramount. My responsibilities extended to planning and executing corrective, preventive, and modification activities, as well as preparing procurement files for spares and consumables.
