  Designed and implemented a multi-modal fund analysis application to extract both structured and unstructured data from financial documents. This solution, leveraging Amazon Textract and GPT-3.5, streamlined portfolio analysis by automating data extraction from PDFs and generating interactive dashboards to measure performance metrics such as CAGR, Sharpe & Sortino ratios, and volatility. The tool improved decision-making for portfolio managers, reducing analysis time by +50%. Additional features, like a correlation matrix, enabled better portfolio strategy optimization. Technologies: Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Plotly.Launched an enterprise RAG search service, utilizing a hybrid knowledge graph/vector index and a custom query engine. This tool allowed users to ask detailed, quantitative questions (e.g., "What was the MOIC on x investment in August 2019?") directly from the company’s knowledge base, significantly improving data retrieval accuracy and speed. After testing multiple hybrid indices, the knowledge graph/vector approach was chosen for its ability to handle both qualitative and quantitative queries efficiently.
