  -Perform urine dipstick tests and generate the corresponding lab reports. -Handle and deliver lab samples to the Hospital da Prelada laboratory. -Process and store biological samples using appropriate methodologies. -Maintain all documentation ready for monitoring, audit, or inspection as directed by the Clinical Trial Coordinator. -File project-related documents in the Sponsor Trial Master File (TMF) as directed. -Organize project-related documents in the Investigator Site File (ISF) as directed. -Prepare necessary project-specific dossiers (e.g., Clinical Dossier, Subject-specific File) as required. -Conduct quality control (QC) checks on project-specific source documents to ensure completeness and compliance with ICH-GCP ALCOA-C principles. -Keep project-specific source documents well-organized. -Make timely corrections to project-specific source documents as needed. -Complete the project-specific Case Report Form (CRF) on time and in accordance with ICH-GCP ALCOA-C principles.
