  Led the transition of Zero Emission Buses Greater Sydney Tranche 1 from development phase into delivery phase. Assisted ZEB Program Director in mobilising the delivery team, procurement planning and setting up for delivery including the establishment of cost, schedule, risk management processes as well as establishment of governance structure and manage the requirements for investment and configuration management assurances.I also led the initial mobilisation of the Zero Emission Buses Tranche 2 early investigations work in preparation for ZEB Greater Sydney Tranche 2 Final Business Case. The Strategic Business Case received strong ratings from Infrastructure NSW Gate 1 review and is endorsed by the NSW Cabinet, setting a plan to transition all NSW public bus fleet from diesel/compressed natural gas fleet to zero emissions technology.I, then, led the development of Zero Emission Buses Greater Sydney Tranche 1 Final Business Case as the Business Case, Cost and Economics stream lead. The FBC received strong ratings from INSW Gate 2 review as well as securing $3b investment decision.
