  Involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start Up activities as area leader with the support of licenser and EPC contractor. Assigned to prepare department budget and reviewing department standard operating procedures (SOPs). Moreover, developing the process operating envelope for different products. In addition, participate in walk through punching the systems for mechanical completion and follow up with the contractor to ensure that all the punches are closed properly. Support the project by reviewing the updated process documents and getting involved with the operation department to plan and prepare for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities. In addition, involved in Plant Readiness Program (PRP) as Q-Captain for the operability area. Assigned for IBN RUSHD Expansion Project at detailed engineering phase with Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company (SSEC) at Shanghai office in China. Arabian Industrial Fibers Co. (IBN RUSHD), SABIC affiliate at Yanbu in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) Plant, monitoring the process parameters of the plant, achieving plant production targets in terms of quality and quantity product and recommending short term actions where it is appropriate to meet/exceed performance targets.
