  Development of BASI's Occurrence Analysis and Safety Information System (OASIS) in both client server and terminal emulation environments. Constructed conversion programs in Pro*C to load data from BASI's old PDP11 and MicroVAX FOCUS systems into the OASIS database. Designed, constructed and tested a large suite of SQL*Forms and SQR reports and maintained the OASIS menu system using SQL*Menu.

  Production support and maintenance of the parliamentary correspondence tracking system. Liaised closely with the user community, providing assistance when necessary and writing frequent adhoc reports requested by the Ministerial and Briefings section and the offices of the various ministers.

Responsible for the Drill Hole Database system including data modeling, database design, client interface construction, data conversion routines and team leadership in the final phase. Designed and developed modules of the data acquisition process (using the GROUT/DAP tool), the error/suspense handling suites and the error/suspense monitor application. Designed and developed several interfaces to external systems for the interchange of flight, costing and revenue data. Responsible for rewriting slow performing processes to make better use of the parallel architecture. Involved in the upgrade from Forms 4.5 to Forms 6i.
