Designed, constructed and tested a large suite of SQL*Forms and SQR reports and maintained the OASIS menu system using SQL*Menu.

Liaised closely with the user community, providing assistance when necessary and writing frequent adhoc reports requested by the Ministerial and Briefings section and the offices of the various ministers.

Designed and developed several interfaces to external systems for the interchange of flight, costing and revenue data. Responsible for rewriting slow performing processes to make better use of the parallel architecture. Involved in the upgrade from Forms 4.5 to Forms 6i.
