  Fisheries Technician- Creel Clerk

  I was in charge of preforming a creel census for Milwaukee county and the two rivers that empty into lake Michigan. I also worked in Racine Ozaukee and Sheboygan counties including the lake shore and all rivers emptying into the lake. A creel census is a method of collecting data from fisherman which can be used to determine catch and growth rates of fish in the area. This helps in determining the overall health of the fishery and ecosystem.

I assign testing and paperwork for all products that route through the quality control lab I am also in daily communication with all production buildings on site and other domestic/international sites for status of tests for all materials in progress and upcoming. Quality Control Chemist: Preform analysis on a variety of chemicals using various techniques, specializing in gas, HPLC and ion chromatography. Along with any identification of chemicals using a NMR. Primary focus on Water, solvents and chemicals used for starting materials in industrial and pharmacology. Taking samples from large and small chemical bulks under full quality control protocol and send them to the senior level chemists for analysis. This will then determine if they met our companies quality standards so they can be sold to customers.
