The work ended up in an Executive report to the management team where strengths and improvement suggestions was given. I worked with a warehouse rationalisation project at Gambro Lundia AB. The work task was to bring out all necessary data from the ERP system (SAP R/3) and from this make an ABC classification. The analysis was then used by the management to form a warehouse strategy.
