      The goal of the master thesis was to make an independent evaluation on the launched Supply Chain Management program at Gambro. The work ended up in an Executive report to the management team where strengths and improvement suggestions was given. I worked with a warehouse rationalisation project at Gambro Lundia AB. The work task was to bring out all necessary data from the ERP system (SAP R/3) and from this make an ABC classification. The analysis was then used by the management to form a warehouse strategy. As a Sales Engineer at DENSO I was responsible for engine management system components. This meant that was responsible for the contact between the product development engineers at DENSO headquarters in Japan and the engineers at our main customer in Sweden, Volvo Car Corporation. During the phase of meeting the technical requirements from the Volvo engineers I continuously kept in contact with Volvo Car Corporation purchasing department in order to make price offers and participate in price negotiations.
