  The Client is a French concessions and construction company (largest of the world by revenue). The assignment revolves around the Facility management services division and involves maintenance of Cloud based applications namely Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Internet of Things, Oracle SOA Cloud Service and Oracle Cloud CPQ and the integrations among those systems using REST API but also SOAP. The project has a reporting division based on SAP Hana application with reports on WEBI now being transferred to Microsoft Power BI.Roles and responsibilities include:- Managing a 3-year project with budget of 11,5 million Euros with a team size of 20 persons. - Establishment of validation processes that are CMMI compliant along the development lifecycle to ensure proper understanding of client needs, code review, testing strategies thus ensuring delivery and appropriate audit adherence.- Conduct regular meetings with clients as well as application leads to define and ensure that the planning for enhancements, with regards to the various cloud application on the deal, are respected.- Coordinating delivery service across the applications by ensuring that the impacts on all applications are assessed and properly taken care of by the various application teams (6 teams in all).- Risk management on project by identifying gaps between agreed level of service and actual service delivery and proposing remedial actions.- Functional expert for clients, responsible for translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Role and responsibilities include:- Managing development and technical support teams for a 5-year project with a yearly budget of 15,3 million Euros and a headcount of 20 persons.- Coordinated with infrastructure team located in Poland for issues involving the virtual machines on which our different environments resides as well as client teams in France to ensure delivery.- Proposing and maintaining planning for enhancement delivery, while catering for incident management.- Overseeing development teams which were responsible for PLSQL enhancements on data extractions processes and serve as L3 support in case of batch failures on these custom processes. - Technical design and effort estimation for the solutions to be implemented based on business requirements.- Overseeing technical support teams which were responsible for maintaining development/integration/UAT as well as production environment. This team also Provide L2 support to the onsite L1 functional team regarding incidents on night batches and a third party application.- Ensured that my teams abide by the CMMI quality standard in their daily jobs. - Being an SQL/PLSQL expert, I delivered company wide training and coached people into getting certified. - Providing monthly reports to senior management with regards to SLA breaches if any.- Recruiting and coaching additional members of the teams under my supervision. - Participate in the appraisal process for members of my team and the project in general. The project lasted 9 months with a yearly budget of 2,3 million Euros and counted 40 resources.Role and responsibilities include:- Technical solution design of customized saving process based on functional requirements. - Designing the data model for the application using entity Relationship Diagram.- Coding data validation and appropriate workflow between forms.- Debugging of transactional and decisional flows on Oracle Warehouse Builder.- Designing and customizing reports for existing and new applications. A Worldwide provider of mailing machines, postage meters, address printers and software solutions. The project lasted 7 months with a budget of 21,5 million euros and a headcount of 7 people.Role and responsibilities include:- Design, development and testing of Oracle CRM solutions.- Address performance issues using Load runner scripts to detect and apply fixes.- Maintaining data integrity by ensuring the removal of wrongly loaded accounts by checking asset-employee association and dissociation based on primary position with accounts.- Coordinating with database teams for issues involving data flow from Oracle DB into the CRM Application.An international tobacco product manufacturer marketing 3 of the top 5 worldwide cigarette brands. The project lasted 8 months with a budget of 307,2 million euros with a headcount of 40 persons.Role and responsibilities include:- Enhancements (scripting and parameter configuration) and application support (asset moves, investigation of missing assets, accounts at wrong locations) for a CRM comprising of 30 languages.- Developments had to be done on 2 different versions, since the client was in the process of upgrading its applications.- Coordination with database team working on Microsoft SQL Server to complement CRM development with ETL data warehousing processes. The project lasted 2 years with a yearly budget of 46 million Euros and counted 60 resources.Role and responsibilities include:- Software debugging and enhancement- SQL tuning for better performance, both in terms of time and data reads through the use of hints, customized table indexes. TKPROF tool was used as a performance measure primarily for migration of SQR reports from ODS data warehouses to R3 data warehouse- Management of security via use of dynamic views both on Accounts Payables (Control of User Access to contracts) and Accounts Receivable (Control of user access to make provisions on regions within their security) module on PeopleSoft financials.- Unit and partial Integration tests of completed developments.- Coaching of newcomers, follow-up of their work, carrying Code/Peer reviews and making effort estimations for upcoming developments.
