      My work focuses on optimizing enterprise digital workplace tools and ecosystems, and education & change management efforts, to empower and improve the effectiveness and experience of our team members, partners, and stakeholders. I work primarily with the Microsoft 365 platform, including Copilot, and directly with teams, individuals and leadership throughout our organization to explore current digital workplace usage analytics/trends and opportunities, define goals, and develop and implement new human-centered digital solutions that leverage digital connectivity and automation. I am responsible for the VNS Health Intranet and Search, built in Sharepoint, with efforts spanning technical and architecture admin and dev to building custom solutions and designing and copyediting internal resource websites and our Intranet landing page. I also hold admin roles for Power Platform, Search, Teams, Groups, and Viva Engage, consult with IT and other leadership to drive workforce technology strategy, and play key roles in our Org's AI adoption and transformation efforts.
