  As Head of Credit Control, from 1st September 2014 till end of 31st July 2016, I continued innovating by implementing a tailor made Archiving system which helped in time saving from collecting invoice information from the Archive Room of the company and provided to the debtors upon request. Further more, I have directed staffs towards new chasing guidelines after consulting them and the manager.Moreover, i was given the chance to guide university trainee which was a pleasure for me to train and as well as gaining some new ideas from him. Show less I have been working as Trainee Debtors Clerk at Quality Beverages Ltd from 1st April 2013. During this journey, I have impressd the management by upgrading the credit control department with new appraisal reports which were used to analyse the progress of each individual and also the monthly progress of the company. Moreover, I introduced the Commission scheme to motivate the staffs which has been successful in improving the result after 3 months where the staffs were working to bring their ageing down. This proved to be a win win situation for both he company and its staffs. Show less
