  For my Fall 2020 co-op, I worked as a Construction Manager at New Line Structures. I worked with a team of construction managers and project engineers on the construction of a luxury apartment building. I worked in both the office and on the construction site. My tasks included daily reports, design issue studies, and management of project drawings and sketches. I coordinated between the construction site and trades, my construction management team, and other companies, including the project architects and interior designers, to ensure permits and insurance were up to date and no design issues were overlooked.   As the founder/CEO of SilverStrides, I aim to build accessible technology for older adults. I am building a 55+ community that helps older adults maintain their mental and physical health through walking. A self-taught developer, I built the SilverStrides walking app and website.

  For my Fall 2021 co-op, I had the opportunity to work as a Product Development/R&D Intern at b-ONE Ortho. As a part of the Product Development team, I worked on knee and hip implant and instrumentation projects. I managed the R&D lab, which included overseeing and post-processing 3D print prototypes and creating a complete inventory of lab equipment. My other responsibilities included making instrument updates and creating renderings in SolidWorks, compiling change orders and tolerance stacks, and assisting with surgical demos. Show less

  For my Fall 2022 co-op, I worked as an R&D Engineer for Mentor, a Johnson & Johnson company. I primarily worked on the tissue expander projects. My responsibilities included laboratory analysis of prototypes, tool and fixture design for the device assembly process, and the development of 3D-printed and machined prototypes.
