      Supporting the implementation of the External Engagement CRM, Operating Model, Data Quality and Compliance framework through a devolved operating model to 23 Business areas, 236 current users and 418 total users. Included curating project documentation, maintaining project progression, relevant knowledge articles, tools and templates.• Created and developed real-time reports and dynamic dashboards for central and local business areas to support management reporting and data informed decision making. For example, on the University’s External Engagement KPIs which includes advanced use of MS Excel pivot tables and data visualization tools, University-wide campaigns such as ‘Wicked Problems’, and creating bespoke dashboards for an additional 23 local business areas.• Improved data quality through regular audits, matching algorithms, and developing best practice templates and guides for users. Achieved this in alignment with the University’s Master Data Architecture framework with the University’s Institutional Analytics and Planning Office.• Delivered regular monthly and on-demand tailored training for all users and business areas. Led best practice adoption, enabling business areas to access, collaborate and report on their activities. Received participant feedback of 40% Excellent and 60% Very Good.• Coordinated and delivered 83 enhancements including implementing privacy user groups, application controls to manage sensitive information; protecting contact information, and the provision of options for preventing unwanted lead approaches.• Collaborated with a range of stakeholders including Faculty and Business Area External Engagement and technical leads developing an integrated CRM project providing user requirements and feedback. In addition, provided the business process and architecture support to roll out the CRM to an additional 10 business areas during Covid. Responsibilities included billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with the University's policies, procedures and relevant tax legislation. Use of Adobe Acrobat Pro.• Delivered customer and transactional services in a high-volume environment: setting up customer records in PeopleSoft, raising invoices, credit note adjustments, assisting performing reconciliations on the general ledger, applying and implementing the University’s debt recovery policy and procedure, as well as interpreting and Goods and Services Tax legislation to determine GST treatment. • Worked with project teams in implementing system enhancements, liaising with stakeholders to update the University’s accounting system including payment options, and credit card surcharges which included adding an additional American Express payment option.• Simplified University trade debtor account collections for low value clients with automated reminders and targeted follow ups for higher values over $1,000.
