  As Quality Supervisor I utilized Six Sigma methodology to improve the location accuracy audit processes. I developed and implemented a Random Effectiveness Check to determine root cause for defects. I also implemented Quality gates through Order to Delivery and improved Quality by 98% and enabled the customer to overcome a $30 million dollar deficit by year end. I completed Six Sigma projects that saved $124,000 annual freight costs as well as two projects that eliminated safety risks of forklifts and pedestrian interaction. This provided ACCO over 60,000 square feet of additional storage space while saving ACCO $14,400 annually.
