  Technical Support for Building Automation/ Offer Management/ Tendering • Responsible for day to day technical support to the PAN India system integrators (Telephonic/ remote computer access) on KNX products, Berker wiring accessories, Standalone Products (Like, Sensors, Light Dimmers, Time Switches etc.) • To give on-site technical support if SI team is facing major technical problems in the site. • To maintain technical support tracker • Troubleshooting. • Responsible to resolve the unusual problems coming in sites within define time period. • Maintain technical support tracker. Design and Preparation of techno commercial proposal for various packages • Responsible for making techno commercial proposals on complete Hager Switchgear solutions (MCB, MCCB, RCCB,DB etc) and also KNX buildings automation solutions. • Study RFQ and other documents/ drawings supplied by customer. • Reviewing RFQ’s and proposing optimized solution for the FDB, Wiring Accessories , Building Automation systems in terms of time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. • Responsible to provide the optimized cost for the technical solution defined for each opportunity. • Responsible for timely completion of technical bid with correctness and quality of engineering deliverables of the project, • Responsible for preparing marketing communications PPT for Sales team. • Responsible for preparing Tendering related documents. • To develop Cross Integration knowledge of other systems with Hager KNX products. • Support Sales/BD team to close major orders through helping in product approvals/technical selection of products etc. • Sales support : Ensure the needed technical support to sales managers during technical meeting with customers.
