Activities and Societies: Mentor 2013 - The objective of the mentor program, is to decrease the dropout rate for students starting at the HA and BScB education at BSS. My role, as a mentor, was to reduce the uncertainty of student life for a group of 30 new students. Furthermore, I tried helping the students towards a better integration with BSS, as well as mitigating problems associated with the transition from a secondary education to a university education. The MSc (IB) deals with the challenge of globalization and ways to handle them. The master program, aims at providing me with the competences required to take part in the decision-making processes in a business with extensive international commitments or a public institution. Internationalization has become a major driving force, for many large and small companies in today’s business for sourcing as well as selling. I assisted towards a better integration with BSS, as well as mitigating problems associated with the transition from a secondary education to a university education. Instructor 2011 & 2012 - I was responsible for approx. 60-90 students during their introduction week.
