  I planned and managed seminars, workshops and conferences in the field of happiness and wellbeing, from logistics, venue booking, speaker and stakeholder liaison to collateral and agenda preparation, invitation design, RSVPs and evaluation; I developed, implemented and supported a digital engagement strategy and delivery for an online community of students, researchers and academics with an interest in Happiness and Wellbeing. I maintained external relationship with over 600 postgraduate BSA members across the UK; I managed and prioritised requests from internal and external stakeholders, balancing the needs of fundraising, programmes and membership engagement; I produced compelling content for BSA’s website, newsletter, case studies, blogs and Impact Reports.
