      - Led consortium of 18 universities running annual nationwide recruiting events; maintained consortium relationships with partner schools; developed group wide communications, marketing, employer and candidate engagement strategies.- Over the course of 10 years, refined focus of offerings, effectively communicated change, encouraged participation and buy-in among members, and moved organization from an authoritarian to shared decision-making model.- Oversaw a year-long strategic planning process, culminating in recommendations to restructure and redirect strategy moving into 2018. Multiple recommendations were adopted, and consortium continues to this day under different leadership.- Managed a $60,000 events budget. In 2016, led effort to revamp financial structure of events, resulting in the elimination of a $28,000 deficit and balancing budget for the first time in the history of the group.
