I met weekly with fellow managers to vote on new positions and provided market updates on the Timberland REIT sector.Presented quantitative and qualitative analysis in preparing 3 separate buy or sell investment recommendations based on intrinsic valuations from DCF, AFFO and Regression Model as well as other indicators.
