  Act as primary point of responsibility and decision making for the exploitation of data within the Customer programmes, shaping its future and the wider UKHO systems to support the delivery of clear business benefits. Provide leadership of the strategy and approach for the entire Commercial programme ensuring that the products and services are appropriately supported across the business. Provide leadership to Commercial developments across the business.Constructively challenge the approach taken by projects and programmes to ensure maximum value is achieved from the UKHO’s change investment. Lead the requirements formulation for the Customer programmes and the associated business analyst resources working closely with the development teams. Provide leadership across the business in relation to knowledge and understanding of the current UKHO paper and digital navigational product portfolio.
