Reports to the Site Project Manager on work progress, concerns, and disputes. Ensures all operations are conducted within defined standards and methods. Ensures all Health and Safety requirements are met on the site. Controls and monitors the project budget. Follows up all materials required, identifies shortages, and reports to the Site Project Manager. Acts as a package coordinator for the main scope (sub-contractor jobs). Manages all operations of a complete site / specific zone within a site, and makes sure they are aligned with project plan and within budget. Reviews and understands all the details of the subcontractor’s contracts. Manages and coordinates assigned sub-contractors on site, follows up on their progress in terms of quality and quantity of work. Monitors and manages the priorities of projects’ phases as instructed by the Site Project Manager / Project Manager. Propose salary incentives to the workers to improve the labor productivity on site. Planning, control and supervision of contracted work on site: programming and scheduling of work, estimation, take-off & ordering of materials and maintenance of continuous workflow under the liability period for the Electrical LV, Fire Protection and Plumbing works. Prepare QC/QC Data Package report for all the testing & commissioning works. Prepare final measurement for the work completed projects. Prepare BQ of materials for the Electrical LV, Fire Alarm and Plumbing for the additional variation to order and other internal projects. Attend weekly project coordination meeting and discuss plan and issue arousing in the daily work activity for an excellence delivery of work.
