  For four years of pleasant work in Quehenberger, I have initiated and implemented new business processes/functionality into the existing processes of the company.The functional change took place on the basis of 1C 8 TMS, as follows:- The system of payments to counterparties has been simplified and improved (the process was streamlined by 18 times);- The billing system for some customers has been simplified and improved (the process was streamlined by 10 times);- E-document flow has been introduced in the multimodal transport department;- There has been introduced a system of automatic confirmation of 0% VAT on completed transportations/shipments.I was one of the initiators of the decision to create own TMS for the company. My duties in this case included the following:- Collecting requirements and wishes from employees for the new system;- Requirements analysis, consolidation, compilation of lists according to different criteria, as well as their presentation in the form of brief presentations to the end client (company's management team).I am the winner in the nomination “Best training” at Quehenberger Logistics Rus:Training topic: Project Management (preparation for the training was performed by using Trello, as an example of one of the project management tools).
