      Co-Producer, Co-Director of feature length documentary "Patterns of Freedom", (previous title "Keepers of the Loom"), the story of the Estonian women of the Baltic Diaspora and how they kept their culture alive through traditional arts. Embedded within the larger story of human suffering, perseverance and hope that is part of our common human experience. Previewed at EstDocs2014 as the Gala film. Theatrical release under Title Vabaduse Mustrid in Estonia, Fall of 2015. The film was awarded the Cultural Endowment of Estonia 2015 Annual award in the field of folk culture in January 2016.Winner of Bronze Remi at WorldFest - Houston International Film Festival 2015, IndieFest Award of Merit, Accolade Award of Merit.www.patternsoffreedom.comWe are currently working on the associated school materials that will be released along with the film DVD as well as seeking financing to continue to collect the stories of the people of the generation who fled the Baltics in 1944 and are still remaining.       Just completed the first of the short films for the "In Search of Our Fathers" project, focussing on the men's stories of the Baltic Diaspora. We have some outstanding interviews, and looking now to source financing for future films. Lipu Heiskamine/Raising the Flag had its premier screening at EstDocs2017 and Mae Productions Inc together with the Estonian Studies Centre, have made this film our gift to the 100th Anniversary of the Independence of Estonia. Show less Currently working on a confidential project, creating a quality assurance iPad app for a government ministry. App has been successful in initial field testing in 2017 and will be updated for the next phase. Earlier was project manager on a confidential project of updating an App project (12 training sessions, for child mental health). That project was innovative in developing programming to utilize iPods as Audience Response Devices, using intranet connection that could be set up securely without WI-Fi. Show less
