      In 2016, I was promoted to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for all new-hire employees at NetEffects. I reviewed initial new-hire data for accuracy, and ordered and processed I-9s, drug tests, background checks, credit checks, and fingerprinting. I also conducted in-office and remote orientations, and followed-up with new hires through the entire onboarding process. I supervised an Administrative Assistant, and reported directly to the CFO. Key Contributions:• Recognized with “Exceptional Service Award” by 1904Labs for providing business-critical back office support during its start-up and growth phases as wholly owned subsidiary of NetEffects. • Played integral role in working with software vendor to create and roll-out new customized onboarding system, HotDocs, for use in onboarding W2 and 1099 consultants and subcontractors. • Led successful system migration to new JobDiva ATS in 2020, and utilized system to send out onboarding paperwork to employees and clients and to manage and track documents through coding and uploading. • Ensured all mandatory paperwork was completed in adherence to company and client requirements, including voided checks, W4s & W9s, certificates of insurance, diversity certifications, and subcontractor agreements.• Utilized ADP Workforce Now to run reports, verify employment, and check pay records, and benefits information. • Collaborated with Immigration Department to review and ensure validity of foreign national documents.• Led efforts to ensure new-hire employees felt at ease while starting their new positions.• Generated weekly management reports on all hires and terms & rate changes. • Achieved 100% compliance ratings on all client onboarding process audits. • Drove successful onboarding of 600 of new-hire employees. Show less During this time frame, I served in a dual support role, and collaborated with the HR Manager to conduct in-office and remote orientations and explain contract verbiage, benefits, and client requirements. I uploaded client documents into the Vendor Management System, assembled onboarding paperwork, entered new-hire data into TempWizard billing system, conducted I-9/E-Verify process, and initiated background, drug test, and credit checks. I also delivered back-up accounting support, such as client invoicing and preparing consultant timesheets and reports for payroll processing. Key Contributions:• Managed all onboarding document changes in onboarding system, Ghostfill; partnered with software vendor to ensure updates were completed as per client’s specifications. • Compiled offboarding instructions for all terminated employees, including PTO balance, benefit instructions, and additional offboarding information. • Reviewed new and revised client master service agreements for onboarding, and bill/pay requirements, and set-up all requisite documentation and onboarding processes. • Collaborated directly with subcontractor firms to track and collect certificates of insurance. I also distributed incoming mail, and sent FedEx, UPS, certified mail, and courier packages.
