      The project involved the transformation of its Enterprise Claims Management system. The project was divided into several groups: Point of Sales Web Applications, Middle office layer, and Mortgage Underwriting application. The project aimed at having a standard loan origination platform for all mortgage lending channels and products.       In this position, I spearheaded the implementation of a new e-business app with a restructured sales, marketing and pricing strategy. I designed Sales process toolkits, performed requirements gathering with client and external market research groups. I coordinated maintenance of product catalogs that complements the client's Order Management process in Salesfore. I also conducted technology evaluation and cost-benefit analysis to manage risk. I monitored quality assurance, user interfaces, and usability tests. Finally, I managed digital assets and dynamically updated seasonal catalogs, product descriptions and specifications to support the configure, price and quote (CPQ) Order Management process in Salesforce.
