  Managed the department of florist azalea propagation, including managing all personnel and four acres of computer controlled greenhouses. With my knowledge of greenhouse dynamics and experience, I have been able to use Argus Control Systems software and controllers to efficiently grow crops. In the propagation department gained skills with Argus to control the environment, including developing programs and creating complex equations.

Worked with other managers, we developed a system accountability for every foreman and crew. Helped with the purchasing and implementation of two Javo potting machines, a sand separator and a H.E. Anderson fertilizer injector system.
