When required, I also dealt with claims, for damage to building fabric, and other related matters.

  I progressed the technical permissions involved in connecting telecoms, and data services into buildings (i.e. installing a PoP, or Point of Presence). This sometimes involved the agreement of what is known as a wayleave. My job entailed research into Ownerships, liaising with Clients, Managing Agents, Landlords, Solicitors and Local Authority Planning Departments, at all levels. This was in order to obtain the necessary permissions to bring forward installations for Level 3's Clients.
