  Lead development and technical design of Child Protection (CP), Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV), corporal punishment and non-violent discipline programming; Develop detailed implementation plan (DIP) with operational guidelines, budget for Child Protection activities and track proper implementation; Prepare module. Integrated session contents and conduct training for staff to strengthen CP and SGBV technical skills;; Provide technical support for capacity building of 140 Community Groups, 410 primary and 268 secondary schools to address Physical and Humiliating Punishment, SGBV prevention including parenting without violence.Guide PNGOs to facilitate meetings with 24 UPs against child marriage and SGBV prevention activities as per Child Marriage Restraint Act by engaging marriage registers, religious leaders, and other stakeholders,; Initiate gender-based violence related case management and psychosocial support for vulnerable children.
