  Managing Resi's platform team and developing strategies to grow the business. Managing two scrum teams developing Resi's Studio platform and Shaka-based web player. Managing a team of developers working on expanding the functionality and feature set of the Shaka based Resi Player in an Agile framework. Providing insight on customer needs and problems to the overall Resi Product team. Provided premium support for customers and acted as point of escalation for Tier 1 support, mentored and assisted Tier 1 team members for encoding, decoding, networking, and signal path issues with the Resi FFmpeg DASH streaming technology in a Linux environment. Worked to help customers understand live-streaming best practices and troubleshoot issues, trained new team members, and efficiently handled problems and incidents as they arose. One of the earliest members of the Resi support team which was honored with the 'Best Support' award from G2 in Spring 2021.
