  Project manager on "Promenade des Anglais" renovation

  My job consists of managing the construction work of the "Promenade des Anglais" on its 3rd sector from rue Lenval to the port of Carras. The redevelopment followed the truck attack on July 14, 2016.I provide supervision of the site managers of the three main lots (civil engineering companies, road surface coating companies, and the landscaping company) and monitoring of the stakeholders in additional services (decorative lighting, public lighting, three-color signage, barrier, control room transport, water management, sanitation, bike stations, and electricity). Two construction supervisors and two designers helped me. My goal was to assist the engineer responsible for organizing, coordinating, and controlling everyone's interventions. Show less

  LightMirror develops reflective panels that bring sunlight into hospitals and care homes, reducing the need for artificial lighting and heating. By installing these reflective panels at the edges of roofs, natural light can be redirected into other buildings, making it a controllable asset that cuts costs and improves the overall well-being of patients and residents.LightMirror- Solar integrated Heating Architecture (Dec 2021-ongoing): Oversaw the company’s primary focus on renovating healthcare buildings to be sunny, functional, sustainable, and artistic. Developed a unique building-integrated PV system to harness sunlight, significantly reducing energy consumption in buildings.Ray Tracing & Software Development: Led the development of ray-tracing light software and designed a digital twin system for sunlight control in building conception.Feasibility Studies: Conducted rigorous studies for panel placement utilizing our proprietary software, ensuring optimal sunlight redirection.Product Development: Designed and prototyped 16 different panel types for industrial production in 2 years. Each panel meets the adequate EU standards for healthcare buildings.Sales Strategy: Innovated and implemented a sales process from the ground up, leading to significant market traction.Awards & Achievements: LightMirror secured several prestigious prizes under my leadership, including the "European Young Entrepreneur at EU Industry Days in 2022" and inclusion in the "PwC Top 50 Future Net-zero Companies". Successfully completed large-scale project implementation and worked with clients in Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine. LightMirror raised Safe investment from EIT Climate KIC and a grant for market expansion to Poland from the Polish government.
