  Provide management and support for a safe and productive environment to a workforce of over 40 employees. Heavily involved in all aspects of the underground mining operation from mineral extraction to processing. This includes management of engineering, geologic, geo-technical, mine planning and development, reserve optimization, permitting and property acquisition, environmental, project feasibility studies, surveying, mine ventilation, mine shaft maintenance, material handling, and all other special projects. Works directly with employees and managers to resolve issues related to safety and production including assistance with safety inspections, MSHA inspections, and environmental inspections.
