My responsibilities included overseeing administrative functions crucial for deploying troops in both peace and wartime scenarios.During my time, I successfully deployed over 65 service members, ensuring meticulous compliance with travel logistics, country regulations, equipment readiness, and comprehensive training/medical requirements. Overall, this resulted in an outstanding 90% individual readiness rate out of a personnel pool of 1.4k.My expertise extends beyond routine administrative duties but encompassing proficiency in logistics, strategic research and planning, and effective program management.
