      As the Director of CAMO Airworthiness Engineering, I spearheaded a dynamic cross-functional team dedicated to achieving paramount airworthiness regulatory and safety objectives. My strategic vision focused on creating a meticulously process-driven approach, ensuring that CAMO's policies and procedures were in a state of perpetual enhancement.My commitment extended to guaranteeing the continual airworthiness management of Caspian Airlines' fleet, with an unwavering commitment to effectiveness, seamlessness, and unwavering compliance with regulations and airworthiness standards. Within this role, I entrusted a team of proficient airworthiness engineers with pivotal functions, including:1. Conducting comprehensive pre-purchase evaluations for each newly acquired aircraft, seamlessly integrating them into CAMO's information system.2. Pioneering the development of tailor-made maintenance programs meticulously crafted for B737 and MD-80 aircraft, rigorously evaluating their efficacy through a robust and established reliability monitoring program. Under my leadership, CAMO Airworthiness Engineering achieved unprecedented heights, ensuring not only compliance but also optimal performance and safety standards for Caspian Airlines' aircraft fleet. My responsibilities extended to performing rigorous quality assurance procedures, ensuring the organization's alignment with CAO.IRI.Part147 regulations.I also took charge of refining our maintenance training program, a task that involved conducting annual training needs assessments and evaluating employee competency. This proactive approach allowed us to tailor our training efforts to meet evolving requirements effectively.Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in identifying the root causes of discrepancies uncovered during annual regulatory audits. Show less As part of my role, I oversaw Caspian Airlines' annual airworthiness review process in close collaboration with the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran. Additionally, I assumed responsibility for maintaining the continued airworthiness of all leased aircraft within Caspian Airlines' fleet. This involved direct communication with lessors and regular reporting to the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran to ensure compliance.In my capacity as Caspian Airlines' representative, I managed all outsourced maintenance operations. I provided critical technical analysis and support throughout scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, addressing aircraft defects, air-turn back situations, and field technical services for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) cases.I also meticulously assessed and monitored Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) applicable to our Boeing 737 and MD-80 fleet. Subsequently, I prepared and executed relevant engineering orders to implement these directives efficiently, whether through scheduled or unscheduled maintenance operations. Our core responsibilities included forecasting, planning, and meticulously crafting maintenance packages to ensure the seamless implementation of essential ADs and mandated modifications across our managed aircraft.Additionally, I oversaw the continuous development, review, and refinement of maintenance programs for the aforementioned aircraft types.
