  As the Director of CAMO Airworthiness Engineering, I spearheaded a dynamic cross-functional team dedicated to achieving paramount airworthiness regulatory and safety objectives. Additionally, I assumed responsibility for maintaining the continued airworthiness of all leased aircraft within Caspian Airlines' fleet. This involved direct communication with lessors and regular reporting to the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran to ensure compliance.In my capacity as Caspian Airlines' representative, I managed all outsourced maintenance operations. I provided critical technical analysis and support throughout scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, addressing aircraft defects, air-turn back situations, and field technical services for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) cases.I also meticulously assessed and monitored Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) applicable to our Boeing 737 and MD-80 fleet. Subsequently, I prepared and executed relevant engineering orders to implement these directives efficiently, whether through scheduled or unscheduled maintenance operations.
