       Senior member for the Customer Retention group of Transaction Management. Responsible for the processes of validating switching customers, calculating early termination costs and invoicing customers who have broken their contract. First level of support for Access database that was developed to monitor all early termination penalty activity. Subject matter expert for residential matters for Transaction Management group. Developed knowledge for EDI file mock-up procedures to help with system enhancements and new automated processes. Was the team lead for the Residential sub-group of Transaction Management. This involved managing all normal TM processes (enrollments, drops, changes, etc.) and also included the development, system testing and implementation of new processes and automation efforts. Helped develop and grow the system that supported the Residential/Mass Market group, allowing scalability while the customer base grew over 200% during my supervision.  Accountable for transactions for the CA region during the Siebel conversion including enrollments/drops, billing errors, meter role management using ECIMS, and coordinating phone line issues with the three utilities. Processed and corrected billing errors via SMIS and ECIMS for the TX region, including submission of bulk insert MarkeTrak issues. Cleared contract errors from the TX region using SMIS. Audited and submitted amendments for the NE region using SMIS. Worked accounts through the IAS process for the TX region including submission of MarkeTrak issues, ERCOT research and SMIS activities.
