      Responsible for managing the aviation intermediate maintenance operations of 4th Brigade in Baghdad, Iraq. Controlled the allocation and use of maintenance and personnel assets to maximize production on over 50 aircraft. Responsible for forecasting and ordering parts to keep maintenance fluid, not waiting on the supply system. Directed the work of 5 different shops consisting of over 200 personnel.

      Commander of D Company a direct support (DS) maintenance company in support of 1-501st Attack Task Force. Responsible for the DS maintenance of 18 AH-64A helicopters that cost $3,300 an hour to operate, and flew over 900 hours a month in Iraq. Directly supervised 97 people. Responsible for 16 vehicles and maintenance equipment valued at over $30 million.

      Commander of B Company a UH-60 Helicopter Air Assault and General Support Aviation unit in 2-501st. Responsible for the maintenance and management of 8 UH-60s and associated maintenance equipment worth in excess of $49 million. Directly supervised 45 soldiers.

      Responsible for design integrity and maintenance of 6 residential breaker product lines and associated accessories built in Puerto Rico, Brazil and Singapore. Interacted with customers and marketing team to identify product strategy and to develop products for future markets. Responsible for proactive testing and design reviews to help maintain compliance to Underwriter Laboratories (UL) standards across a broad range of products, such as circuit breakers, switches and electrical enclosures. Specific effort in detailed forensic analyses to determine design weaknesses that could impact UL compliance and driving design improvement efforts to build robustness into products.
