Manage annual operating budget in excess of $180M with input from supporting directorates and monitor expenses reinforcing Program effectiveness. Revise strategic plans/policies including long-range program plans, goals, and objectives for a more effective and streamline process. * Performed duties as Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR) leveraging consent for contract execution and approval of funds for vessel operations while evaluating Contractor performance validating with requisite supporting documentation. Monitor, review and consent to vessel alterations to include new equipment installation, modernization, and upgrades in support of strategic requirements.
