My role also included PR coordination, securing valuable media coverage and maintaining/improving brand reputation.Data analyticsTo measure the impact of all these online activities properly, I had to set up many custom events/conversions with Google Tag Manager, which I was then able to track in Google Analytics. What couldn't be avoided was the transition to GA4. I implemented this transition myself and brought it to success for the many properties. As part of my role I reported the online results to the stakeholders and I did this through a self-created dashboard in Google Looker Studio.
