  As a land development intern, I was tasked with aiding Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County to find affordable land on the current regional market. I worked under the current Land Development Manager on finding these pieces of land and contacting other affiliates of Habitat for Humanity across the nation about their practices on obtaining land for future development.

  In this role, I drafted construction drawings in AutoCAD. I also drafted and edited official contracts and proposals for various projects. I was able to calculate estimations and takeoffs for contracting bid projects and create baseline pro formas to find return metrics for potential projects. I also provided due diligence work for potential developments.
