      Mar 2014 - Oct 2015
      Retail Store Manager

Currently I am the Retail Store Manager at one of the most frequently visited locations and tourist areas of T-Mobile in PA, King of Prussia Mall. I manage a staff of employees, made up of Retail Associate Managers, Career Development Candidates and Retail Sales Reps. After working side by side with my store manager and exceeding T-Mobile’s expectations as an Associate Manager I was promoted to Retail Store Manager (RSM) within 6 month to the 2nd largest store (gross profit), out of 12 in our district and I also became a part of an elite group of stores that represented the top 30 producing retail location in my district, out of 144 stores. I manage a staff of employees, made up of Retail Associate Managers, Career Development Candidates and Retail Sales Reps. Along with the traditional responsibilities of a Manager (coaching, customer service representatives, scheduling, supervising, instructing, conflict resolution, and performance evaluators) we also act as the HR Department, the Comp and Benefits Department and as a Social Work consultant. As T-Mobile handles most of their business through a wireless connection, RSMs are now our staff’s direct contact for their payroll concerns (PTO/benefits/compensation/leave eligibility) and any other general HR concerns they may need answers to. It is my job to keep them updated on the Federal and State laws that may affect their job position. Show less
