  As an assembly line leader I was responsible for making sure associates had all the supplies, tools and parts needed to complete the circuit boards they were assembling as well as make sure the end product passed requirements. If an associate was absent I worked in their place and done my required duties.

  I manage a group of colleagues in order to produce quality products for our customers. As a coordinator I was in charge of all 3rd shift activities. I managed the workload and deligated tasks to approperiate asociates in the fabrication press shop. My role included activities such as set up planner, material handler, data entry, and managing.

  Quality Inspector

  I work in the quality lab and inspect incoming parts for conformance. I do oil misture testing to ensure the oil charged into the units is free from moisture and do particulate testing to ensure the refrigeration parts are free from particles that could cause restrictions. When time is available I assist engineers in projects or duties they have.
