I coordinate the dispensing of these medications, in addition to conducting home visits all over South Western Ontario to teach patients how to self-inject medications at home. I also assess patient's vaccine status, seek prescriptions for recommended vaccines, and administer them for patients.I coordinate the preparation and dispensing of botulinum toxin for a movement disorders clinic in London, and Windsor, Ontario.We are an inter-professional team consisting of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, registered nurses, and lab techs.
