Solving all the technical problems related to sample testing in the lab. Conduct the trainings, develop the subordinators; hold the seminars about regulations, testing methods, standards and requirements.   My main duty is managing our own lab to perform all Package test and Quality test (Adult) for our products that sourcing from Vietnam. I have to work closely with our merchandise team and the vendors to make sure that the samples will be submitted for testing on time. If any testing failure was noted, the lab need to work further with QA Director, Packaging Engineer, Furniture Engineer and the vendor to find the solution to correct it. The most important thing here is the sample can meet all our testing requirements and can be shipped on time. I also work as a bridge to update the new standards/ regulation requirements and support the communication between our WSI offices (US, Vietnam, China, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia etc.) and our vendors and also our assigned third party labs (BV, OTS etc.).
